Use a 6300 instead of an i3 and try and get a 260x for the GPU, it preforms much better than the 750

5 years of gaming. Not sure about that.

edit: unless those are the only games you want to play.

I don't like adding Far Cry, Battlefield and etc. I not a hardcore gamer, I only play only game like Crossfire, LOL, HON, DOTA 2 and those low graphics online games.

You'd need a z77 chipset to oc.

The FSP is the best.

My motherboard is intel platform.

Then change it?

I read some reviews about B75MA-P45 motherboard, reviewers said that this motherboard is not able to overclock the CPU, that mean only the GPU? I need a Z77 chipset to oc my CPU, right?

Yes and yes.

If I stick to this motherboard, I don't need to change my CPU to K version. Because Z77 chipset (I mean motherboard) is expensive for me, 2x or 3x the price of B75MA-P45 in my place. Therefore, I can only overclock the GPU not the CPU.

Use a 6300 instead of an i3 and try and get a 260x for the GPU, it preforms much better than the 750

GTX 750 and GTX 750 Ti has good performance when overclocking. And GTX 750 is the downgrade of GTX 750 Ti. But still I look for it. When I compare the price of GTX 750 Ti and R7 260x, the R7 260x is less expensive, but I'm looking on more performance on stock and overclock, less power consumption and less heat generate.

The 265 should be around the same price of the 750 Ti and performs better.

Filipino here too!

You are spending too much on the cooler--especially if you are not planning on over clocking.

If you want to stick to the Intel build:

1. The water cooling is OVERKILL. Swap out the cooler for either the stock cooler or a Cooler Master 212 Evo (Php 1,400). The stock cooler will be fine; better still with the CM 212 Evo even up to a mild overclock.

2. Swap out the Corsair Vengeance for a cheaper one, unless you chose it for its looks. You can swap it for GSkill Ares (Php 3,900)

3. With the extra money you can get a better graphics card like a Sapphire Dual X R9 270x (Php 9,000). Way better performance (Nvidia is overpriced in the Philippines)

Total with CM 212 Evo: ₱36,715 -- ₱95 more than your build

Total without CPU Cooler: ₱35,315 --  ₱1,305 less

If you want to consider an AMD build:

CPU: AMD FX 6300 - ₱5,450

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212 Evo - ₱1,400 --> optional
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA 970A-DS3P - ₱3,950 --> good enough if not overclocking, check online for reviews because there are better boards out there.
Memory: GSkill Ares - ₱3,900
Storage: (Same) Seagate 500GB - ₱2,400
Video Card: Sapphire Dual X R9 270X - P8,950
Case: Corsair Carbide 200R - ₱3,000 --> great affordable case
Power Supply: (Same) FSP Group 550W 80+ Silver Certified ATX Power Supply - ₱2,810
Monitor: (Same)  BenQ GW2250 21.5" Monitor ₱6,860

Total: ₱38,720 -- ₱2,100 more

Total without CPU Cooler: ₱37,320 -- ₱700 more

With the AMD build, you will be spending just a little bit more, but you will get better performance all around.

Again, AMD (GPU and CPU) is better here in the Philippines simply because Nvidia and Intel are just way overpriced for some reason.

Good luck bai! Ayo ayo!

1. I rather chose ENERMAX ETS-T40-TB has the same price as CM 212 Evo, more air flow and produce less noise. The case that I chose has 3 stock fan (1x 140mm Top, 1x 120mm Rear, 1x 120mm Front), front can fit up to 3x 120mm fans and top can fit 2x 120mm or 1x 140mm.

2. G. Skill and Corsair Vengeance has almost the same price (40 difference).

3. I plan to overclock the GPU/Video Card.

I stick to Intel build:

CPU: (same) Intel i3-3240 = 5,165

CPU Cooler: ENERMAX ETS-T40-TB = ₱1,400

Motherboard: (same) MSI B75MA-P45 = ₱2,800

Storage: Toshiba = 2,200 or Seagate = 2,400

Video Card: PowerColor AXR9 270x (₱11,990) is expensive. I stick to GTX 750 (same) or GTX 750 ti (₱7,080).

Memory: (same) Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 = ₱4,200

Case: (same) Aerocool StrikeX-Advance = ₱2,430

Power Supply: (same) FSP Group 55W 80+ Silver = ₱2,810

Monitor: Dell S2240L IPS 21.5" HDMI = ₱6,800 (can use the G-Sync of Nvidia, 7ms response time) or BenQ GW2250 21.5" (same, better response time at 4ms ) = ₱6,860

Total: ₱5,165+₱1,400+₱2,800+₱2,200+₱7,080+₱4,200+₱2,430+₱2,810+₱6,860 ₱34,945

Total without CPU Cooler: ₱33,545

For some reason when overclocking Nvidia has good performance than AMD, less power consumption and easy to overclock, that what I notice when I'm watching videos that compare the Nvidia and AMD like GTX 750 ti vs. R7 260x.

ENERMAX ETS-T40-TB --> thanks for this! I'm looking into it for my own build.

About the case, my only gripe with it is that its looks are just too aggressive for my taste--I'm a simple, minimalist style kind of guy.

Good luck bai! I think you know what you need (and have done your research). If you're looking to tweak and overclock the system, again, the i3-3240 is cannot be overclocked. Maybe a combination of an AMD cpu (maybe an Athlon if not the FX series) and the Nvidia GTX 750 will be better for you so you can play around with both the cpu and gpu clock speeds.

I really did research, because this is my very first pc build. About the case, I really like cool looking and at the same time aggressive. And I will add/replace the stock fans to Enermax T.B. Silence. My theme of my build is White and Blue or Black and Blue.
