So I'm building a build for a friend and his budget is kinda low pretty much 525 and no more. He want's a case with a windows so I was thinking a cooler master elite 430 would be good? I don't know I need some input otherwise I was thinking this:

Well, get a Seagate Barracuda. Seem to be quieter than every WD Blue I've touched, and they're usually a touch faster. Also, a CX430/CX430M will be more than enough to power that thing, but the fan might die a little quicker.

No problem. And you can squeeze in an EVGA 750Ti FTW w/ ACX cooler, and still have it be cheap enough, more than likely.

 

EDIT: And if you're gonna use a dedicated GPU, ditch the APU and see if an Athlon X4 760K? will work. Should be cheaper. If not, a 750K.
