Affordable 140 mm rad AIO cooler?

Hello! I'm looking for an affordable 140 mm "all in one" water cooler. I've got double Xeon CPU's and would like to get two separate 140 mm AIO water coolers & mount them on top of my corsair 750D case. I wouldn't want to spend more than 70-80$ per unit. I know there are some cheap ones out there, it's just that they feel a bit sketchy when you look at the build quality. I'm a bit scared about the leaks.

 

Suggestions?

What about an air cooler?

140 and 120mm aio's aren't really worth it. You can get better performance with higher-end air coolers.

Getting two decent air coolers = clearance issues .. not just because of the CPU's but ram as well. I've got "Intel S5520HC" motherboard.

don't get something so wide that it blocks RAM slots then. Thermalright True Spirit 120 should do.

If you dont have height restrictions to worry about just get a single tower air cooler like the NH-U14

 

if you do then consider the NH-C14
