it has its own built in soundcard that works over usb so unless there is a 3.5mm out on the yeti the answer is no

Hey

Just picked up a graphics card , while my monitors can easily plug into them , my microphone is powered and connected only via USB 

Can I get some adapter to make it somehow so it'll benefit from my soundcard?
