Minimum Graphics Required for 1080p 60fps.

I've a Ryzen 3 1200 CPU, 8GB of RAM and GTX 1050Ti 4G card, I am planning for getting a LG Monitor 29" with 75Hz IPS panel. Which is the graphics card that can easily play AAA games on 1080p with frame rate of min 60 fps? Also will my current Cooler Master Power Supply with 450W suffice or should I upgrade it too?

You're going UltraWide?!  Hell yes!

 

Even a 1080p UW is going to need a bit of juice, so I'd recommend a RX580 8GB or a 1060 6GB minimum.  Also, reference as the full resolution or 1080p UW, since 1080p/60 is commonly known as a regular monitor spec.

I'd personally upgrade to a 1060 6GB or an RX 580 and upgrade the CPU to a Ryzen 1700X and any 550w+ power supply from a reliable company with atleast an 80+ bronze efficiency rating

I hope you're joking. You definitely don't need an 8 core 16 thread CPU to play 1080p games. Nor does he need to get a new PSU, unless he decides to also upgrade his CPU. Also, good efficiency rating does not equal good quality. But yeah I'd go for an RX 580
