For the past few days I have been seeing a little caption under a few videos saying “cyrakek viewers watch this” and I was wondering why... I have never seen a cyrakek video in my life lol

Yeah i've had those "x viewers watched this" for a month now. Little annoying, but maybe a step into the right direction. But it only shows people ive watched.

It's probably just recommendation thing, you can probably turn it off in the settings somewhere.

Are you sure? It needs just one loaded video from the channel to start delivering those suggestions. You can try to get rid of them by clearing your history.
