Which is the most recommended "entry level gaming" laptop for ~$700?

Oxymoron aside, what type of games?  Are you sure you have no other requirements?  What country are you buying in?  You stated $700, but that could be USA, Canada, Australia, etc.  Are you willing to consider refurbished models?  Used laptops?

 

Best I can find with IPS screen and under $700 with dedicated cards usually still have craptastic GPUs like MX150 and 940MX.  You aren't going to get a fantastic GPU at that price.

Where are you from? No preference on weight and battery life?

(mind you, gaming laptops at this price range usually have cooling issue)
