I've been getting a lot of phishing schemes lately, both view email and text. What's going on? Has anyone else noticed an uptick? I try to only put my phone and email on websites I trust. Here's a picture of the best one I recurved via text.

If you reply you get added as a good a number to spam more because you're an active number

I blocked the number, and if I get more I plan to report them to my carrier

phishing schemes

What is going on is that even $1000 usd in gift cards is like $10,000,000usd to the 3rd worlder, and all they need is that 0.01% of the total sent emails to catch one sucker. What is common is getting an automated phone call saying your credit card will be going to court, or your mortgage is overdue or the taxman is after you and people fall for that all the time. The first clue is that its an automated phone call, this saves time on an actual human doing the phone calls, plus its much quicker because the human does not have to do anything. All they do is buy a machine to do the robo calls or the robo emails, also if the human was to actually call you, you'd be suspicious because of the Philipeno accent or Nigerian accent or Pakistani accent. One clue is the delay in the dialers pickup time for the robomachine. I would totally buy a product that would disconnect them and my phone would never have to ring. As for emails, I have peronsal email, business emails, and junk emails. Junk emails are for stores. Old telephone numbers are for stores. Postal Codes/Zip Codes are fraudulaunt as well, just making something up.

There is a great solution to the problem, I will be on Sharks Den and Dragons Den shortly!

It goes beyond the current solutions we have now. There will be a "White List" for friends and family to ring through, everyone else the phones will never ring.

He said he’s lively, warm & fun... seems pretty trustworthy and nice. HE EVEN GAVE YOU HIS PROFILE AND YOU BLOCKED HIM! You monster....

You sure it was a he?

I'm not from that part of the world, but the name sounds feminine...

Of course, you know what they say, right? "Being bisexual simply doubles your chance for a date on friday night"

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.
