Computer won't go to sleep

Hey everyone,

I've been having this issue for a while now where my computer won't fall asleep automatically. I have my settings set for it to sleep, but it just doesn't. The screen will turn off but the computer will stay on. It's starting to become an issue since I am wasting a lot of power just to have my computer running for no reason. I have looked all over the internet to find a solution, so here is a list of all the things I have done.

  • Made sure the computer is set to sleep
  • Restored Power Plan Defaults
  • Disabled Hybrid Sleep
  • Disabled Wake Timers
  • Allow the computer the sleep when sharing media
  • Disabled Update Orchestator from waking my computer from sleep
  • Checked the Power Requests in Command Prompt
  • 1760874020_PowerRequests.PNG.e1bbf9a036c952b590aed6def185e7cf.PNG
  • Override Power Requests in Command Prompt
  • 1085432577_PowerOverride.PNG.a71ac79a15ab7ad2642b22164927c245.PNG
  • Checked Last Wake in command prompt (It was nothing since my computer never feel asleep)
  • Made sure no Devices (USB, Network Adapter etc) were causing it to stay awake

I don't really know where to go at this point since I've seem to have done everything the internet says to do. I'm starting to think it is a hardware issue, but my most recent part was a power supply upgrade a few weeks before this started happening. It also might be one of the drivers, though I did the Power Request Override and it still didn't work

If anyone has any idea, I am open to suggestions.

Thanks again for your help!

Did you try any sort of troubleshooting? (I know it's kinda stupid, but give it a try if you haven't)

I've heard chloroform does wonders for these types of things.

Sadness is the one true emotion, and happiness, well, that's just a lie, sadness is all many of us feel, and is all we need to feel, because having it any other way, would just be wrong, why be happy when you can just be miserable like myself.

I used the windows troubleshooter and it didn't work either if that's what you mean.
