Lose internet connectivity exactly every 10 minutes for exactly 2 minutes?

Hi, I need help, really struggling with something. On my Windows 10 PC I lose internet connectivity exactly every 10 minutes for exactly 2 minutes - it only affects this machine so it's not IPS based and it happens on wifi or through ethernet. 

Can supply more system config details if needed.

 

here is a log of my internet connectivity:

What’s your DHCP lease time? I wonder if you are on a 10 or 20 minute lease time. There are some systems (e.g. Mikrotik) that default to this short.
