I hear a clicking noise from my PSU

Every time I try to turn on mu newly built pc it turns on for a second and then I can hear a loud clicking noise from my PSU. Immediately after that my pc turns off. I have tried unplugging stuff but it didn't work so it wasn't overcurrent protection.

 

My psu is evga supernova 550 G3

 

Edit. When unplugg my 24 pin connector and turn it on by using the bridging plug it works now I just need to fix my motherboard

does it keep on clicking or only clicks once for every time you turn it on?

Well, it shuts off immediately after it clicks so no

the clicking itself is normal, especially on more expensive units (though not all do this

 

Your PC's not booting up for other reasons.

Not like I have your PC on hand, so it could be many things. At least it's not the storage drives, you can get into the BIOS without them.
