i wish we could just have a jarvis Program on our computer like google now and siri, we have the technology. we could just name it whatever we want, choose one of 3-4 different voices, and whammo we have jarvis. i dont need it in my phone i'd rather have it in my pc.

Its just a rather very intelligent system...  Nothing special...

Yep stuff like this can and have been made by ordinary people but they are not nearly as complex as a full JARVIS system. In fact there is no such thing as a full JARVIS system yet even this seems to be an X -> Y response. Where if the person says X the AI will respond with Y. (Or Y + Z where Y would be voice and Z would be task)
