Dell laptop battery stop charging

Hello,I changed all cells at my laptop battery with others with bigger capacity because the previous was deads.I plugged into the charger and began to charged without any problem.Suddenly, at 17% stop charging.I followed some instructions from the internet for this problem and it shows me that is 1% charged ,starts to charge again but stop. Anyone knows any solution.Thank you

Is the battery original? Might due to underpowered charger too.

No I change all the 6 cells of old battery and keep only the battery board ,where I connect the new cells as the old one
