A few things, first a big thanks to multiple threads on this forum to help me build my first computer ever! Secondly im still not as experienced within the world of computers so any tips/ comments would be much appreciated! Lastly the question about my cpu coolant is that i made a custom loop and I have a gallon of di water mixed with a concentrate from primo chill however after running my computer for a week or two my coolant lost its color and is now a clear slightly cloudy color. My thermals are fine im running 4.8 ghz on a 8700k running around 30 degrees c on almost no load and i think it was 60 degrees or 70 degrees under a stress test so everything seems to be running fine is their a reason my coolant lost its color? is there something i should be concerned about?

PS: yes i know the bottom fan in the front isnt spinning and yes i know the fan wires are messy i was testing them in different ports and such because one fan is defective and am waiting for a replacement from corsair and i havent gotten around to cleaning it all up yet.

Sounds like the particles setted somewhere in the loop probably inside the rads or low flow areas. I'd tear down the loop and clean it out before putting new fluid in in. Personally I'm a bit weary about the Primochill stuff just due to the issues I've seen so I would recommend Mayhems or EKWB but I'll leave that to you if you want to give the primochill stuff another go.
