dell latitude 610

I have un old dell latitude 610 and it has 1 gb of memory and runs windows 7 home basic 32 bit and its pretty great but i want to upgrade to 4gb or at least 3 or 2 (so i can open more than 2 tabs????). can please someone just see if it is possible so I dont buy ram for nothing

PS i dont know what ddr is ram in this laptop

I had one of those a few years ago :D 

 

They take DDR2 memory, limited to 1GB per module, so the max would be 2GB. DDR2-533 and DDR2-667 are supported. 

 

They're like $3-4 a pop lol.

can i go up to 4 gb by bios updates or something or is that a maximum
