Your computer is not going to short by being on carpet. Just put your case on the floor like everyone else.

When I build my new PC it will have very high quality and high performance components so I don't want to put it on carpet. However, it's a Corsair Obsidian 750D so I don't have enough room to put it on my desk. Is there a desktop stand or mat I can put it on?

Why do you have a problem with putting it on carpet..?
