Or a Corsair RMi650. Bit more expensive but little bit better quality and the ability to monitor via software

If you need a 600W Power Supply, you can afford a high end one like a Corsair HX750i or be quiet Dark Power Pro P11 750 (or better 850W in this case)

If you only use a normal system, with mid range components for up to 1000€ or so for the whole system, you'd need a good quality 400W, with 500W to be preferred.

And here we have things like Bitfenix Formula, Whisper M, be quiet Straight Power 11.

Because they "waste" money on the fan.

A good quality fan can make a difference of up to 20€.

Do you think silent wings are the best fans on the market (when it comes to PSUs)

good quality components isn't something only be quiet makes

nor is the noise levels

that's why I asked, for example @Stephan Payne mention the bitfenix whisper M, that's high-quality and silent and usually costs less. There's also the RMx/RMi etc

Yesm as there is no serious competition in this case.

The fans probably survive the PSU, though only 2pin (and don't use the standard Fan Connector) and in a proprietary format...

but hold on a second pure power 10 doesn't use any silent wings and still costs more maybe in germany it's not the case

It'd be nice if be quiet released a titanium PSU

They will soon I think

yes pure power uses cheaper fans but they are also nice.

In germany the Price differences are a but less but still I think it can be worth it for the general quality of components

but you could also go with a Corsair unit

they make nice ones to (and cheaper ones)

lile i said RM650(i) allso super silent

i am running aHX (Same fan) and cant hear anything while the rest of my PC is full Noctua custom loop

sooooo it’s FINE

We'll see. Even nowadays you don't see very low-wattage titanium units and that is to be expected, really.

The cost of a lower-wattage titanium isn't very different from a high-wattage one and the people that benefit the most is the people that need lots of watts and run their systems 24/7.

Still, I believe It'd be nice to have more competition in that segment.

Yeha... everything from RM and Up! is fine

for general use a gray(!) label CX unit or the „vengeance“ series is fine

yeha they call everything vengeance...
