I plugged my flash drive with windows 10 on it and it is not downloading from it

Can you be a bit more specific? You have to set it as first boot priority first so it can actually download you don’t just plug it in and expect magic to happen xd

You need to use a tool to make it a bootable image like the window usb tool  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool

 

Then you need to set usb as your first boot device in your bios. If you don't do those 2 things then chances are you will have problems.

Did you get the drive from a Windows retail box? Did you just download the ISO and place it on the USB? Did you use the Windows Boot Creation tool to create bootable media?

yes I used the windows boot creation tool

Ok, let's start from the beginning. You have inserted bootable drive and selected to boot from it. Where does it not load?
