You won't get high framerates with single channel memory and a fire cracker PSU.

Do you already have that motherboard?

Otherwise, this is probably your best bet:

If they can get the strix for $60 though I would probably choose that instead. It's been over half a year since launch so I doubt there will be any retail boards without a newer bios and the vrms on it are much better than on this.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

I am like the OP above. I think something like this would be better for your needs. The dollar more for the current gen CPU is a NO BRAINER. Then a couple bucks for a current gen mobo. A few bucks to move to dual channel ram. I changed your PSU to something a little cheaper and also decent. So overall my build is $12 more expensive. That 12 dollars though will give you more cpu speed, a better ram setup, and a little better psu.

I do not recommend that SSD because it falls back in to the realm of cachless SSDs. The 250gb evo you had before is better for the same price. Don't worry about it being 2.5" instead of m.2 because the m.2 drive you linked me will still be using SATA protocol and run at the same same speed as the Samsung.

Here is a PSU in your budget, but in general you shouldn't cheap out on the PSU because it could fry your system if you get a cheap one.

If you can squeeze an extra 20 bucks or so out of your budget, you can get this one:

I think that psu is a little too expensive. I'll switch back to the samsung ssd, but for the psu if there was something for 10 dollars cheaper that's worth the upgrade, I'll get it.
