Just stop and think for a second. Why in the wide wide world would someone sell a graphics card that can easily be sold, even used, for $100, sell it for $15? If I were to tell you to sell a graphics card quickly, what price would you give it? You would probably give it a low price, but definitely not $15 unless you are a millionaire feeling generous. And generous millionaires won't be selling graphics card for $15, they would just do giveaways.
