Hey guys just wanted to know if this a good deal or not? I'll be buying a 1070ti/1080 anyways

thats about MSRP of the card when it first launched (at least in US). You can probably find a new one for that price, or a used one at a much lower price

Look up on Newegg USA and then international shipping. You might get a new card for similar cost.

International shipping is fine. It's when it gets stuck at customs and 21% vat is added.
