1080p ultra 60fps I would try and get a good deal on a GTX 1080 or 1070ti, these cards should have no problem doing that.

i7-8700k @ 4.8Ghz | EVGA CLC 280mm | Aorus Z370 Gaming 5 | 16GB G-Skill DDR4-3000 C15 | EVGA RTX 2080 | Corsair RM650x | NZXT S340 Elite | Zowie XL2730

i edited my post i have done a mistake what i meant by i am more than okay with 1080p 60hz is " when i  post these questions some people suggest me to buy 144hz monitor first but for me i am only looking for 1080p ULTRA smooth gameplay so after that in near future i will consider buying a 144hz monitor

I'd said a 1080Ti since you're looking to upgrade the monitor too, avoid the $900 realtime ray tracing bricks

ASUS X470-PRO • R7 1700 4GHz • Corsair H110i GT P/P • 2x MSI RX 480 8G • Corsair DP 2x8 @3466 • EVGA 750 G2 • Corsair 730T • Crucial MX500 250GB • WD 4TB

anything up to a 1080/2070, don't be shy about a used 1080 ti if you see a good deal (10-15% bottleneck on some games.)

cpu bottleneck, it's rare, but games like monster hunter or assassin's creed origin/odyssey, kingdom come etc. basically anything that makes use of alot of threads, it's not a huge deal though, as i still think a used 1080 ti (if working) is the best value atm.
