What parts to achieve the best performance / Best CPU + GPU configuration

Hi, I know that you can't use every part to build your computer and that you need to keep an eye on what you're actually buying for your PC. But recently I've read that if you want to get the best performance with a Ryzen processor you should get Samsung B-Die RAM. I looked up on the internet and there's even RAM that is even dedicated for these CPUs.

So my question is, is there any topic or anything like that where I can find what parts (not only limited to processors or generally AMD, but also to Intel, GTX and other brands) will work the best in combination with certain parts.

Second question, I've recently seen a review where a guy tested different gaming specs with AMD and Intel CPUs but also Radeon and GTX graphics cards. He used these configurations:

1. Intel + GTX

2. Intel + Radeon

3. AMD + GTX

4. AMD + Radeon

Why is Intel + GTX on the top of the most games while AMD + Radeon is mostly the worst setup? (The video is in polish, but you can easily read the results I guess)
