my first pc (made two weeks ago) doesn't work.

It says "realtek PCIe gbe family controller series v2.61 (01/07/15) Pxe-E61 media test failure check cable".

So PC doesnt work is very general and probably didnt need to be included as that would scream whole system not booting/posting etc.. As far as your internet cable goes, you can try replacing it to your router and see if that fixes it.

Go in the bios, change boot option, get rid of Ethernet/Realtek boot option in the boot order and put your HDD/SDD in first place on the boot order.

What do you mean? You can't post, or it won't let you enter bios?

Next time you restart your computer hit num lock to see if your keyboard is working, you may also be hitting the wrong key to enter into your bios, try delete, f9,f11, or f12
