Graphic card driver installed but it says not installed.

I just bought a second hand RX560 from a bitcoin miner and put it on a brand new pc&windows 10 pro. I installed the driver for windows 10 64 bit. The program is installed in drive c

 

But when I launched the Radeon setting it gave me this error.

 

Is this card defective?

Uninstall the driver with display driver uninstaller in safe mode, then reinstall it and see if that works

go to device manager and uninstall device.

anyway does it work with default windows driver?
