SpeedFan only working after reboot?

I have my fans and pumps set up via SpeedFan, but have this strange issue that when I first boot my PC it only picks up two HDD's then when I reboot It works?

 

This means I can't have Speedfan set up to autorun, and am stuck in this annoying loop off boot up, reboot, run Speedfan.......Just want to boot and not have to worry that all my fan/pump profiles are working :(

 

Any ideas?

If you can't find a solution you could try Argus Monitor.

Its what a lot of people have had to switch to seeing as SpeedFan stops functioning when playing any game using BattlEye anticheat.
