Help satisfy my curiousity, RAM shell strip

So I was wondering what the inside of a ram module looks like as well as an sdram module. 

 

I want to strip off the shells of each, but I don't have any idea how?

 

Especially since these parts are so small/thin. SD card would be the hardest.

 

What can I use, without destroying the inner module?

The packages are plastic, so you just need something to scrape it away. Something like sandpaper. But I guess you have to figure out how much material to take off first.

What you are looking for is this : 

I suggest you watch the video and learn, but not do it. as it can be pretty dangerous without the proper equipement.
