H55 installation on Corsair spec 03 problems

So I decided to upgrade my shitty system by replacing it's stock intel cooler with a H55 cuz marginal gains and the ability to overclock. On Corsair website it says that the cooler is compatible with the case. However at the moment I don't see any other way except by modifying the case with tools I don't have, the top rail is in the way of the water block. Is there any way to install it. Putting pictures in for context However they are pretty shit.
