Usually don't have to worry about any bottlenecks at the low end.

Don't get the 1300x, get the 1200. They're the same chip, 1300x is just higher clocked out of the box.

Get 2 4gb sticks of RAM instead of 1 8gb.

Get a better PSU.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

If you wanted to play at mid-high in those games, then I would go for a Ryzen 5.

Actually, looking at the other builds I would say a Ryzen 3 should be fine.. Sorry about that.

This build here can run about 1080p highest settings on all games right now for 832 usd. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mugenjynn/saved/x2KsZL

the 980 ti is in the custom section and I put the link in it so you can find it for 300 usd or less. If you look at the 980 ti benchmarks people compare it to a 1070. Should last you a while.

would recommend a Ryzen 3 2200G they are pretty cheap, 100% worth the extra cash.
