Hi, I am looking for a CPU cooler with a good Price/Performance ratio. My budget is 20€ (max. 30€)

Is there anything u would recommend?

Which shop you are using? €30 is very low budget in most EU countries and you don't get that much with it. Also which CPU? I would say using Wraith is gonna be better option than getting new cooler for that budget.

I live in Germany. I would use eBay and Amazon. The cooler is for my Ryzen 5 1600. My temps are not very good

 Arctic Freezer 33 eSports ONE is best budget cooler in that price range. If you can put more than €30, be Quiet! Pure Rock is tad better overall. If you are willing to raise price range to sub-€50, there's even better coolers like Scythe Mugen 5 or Cryorig H5 Universal available.
