Best game for mouse only ?

I recently had a few shoulder surgeries, therefore I cant use my left arm...

So my question is if there is a fun game that i can play with my mouse only ?

There are many games you can play if you have an MMO mouse. They usually have like 10+ thumb buttons, so you can use those to control movement, and shoot and stuff normally. I've seen it done on world of tanks. World of warships is another probably easy one. MOBAs also

Warthunder planes if you have about 6(3) side buttons. Occasional use of the keyboard for gear. Though not neccesary as the game retracts it automatically (sometimes) and landing without landing gear is very easy and mostly an advantage. (Warthunder planes uses mouse aim) you will need to configure roll and yaw to mouse buttons. (Roll mostly, but yaw can be used for spicy combat manuvers and as an airbrake)

If you're into that, you could try some RPG classics that got converted for current systems by Beamdog - Baldur's Gate series, Icewind Dale, Planescape Torment and so on.

I d suggest Puzzle Quest 1. Had great time with that game. 
If not you can always go for Heroes of might and magic/civilization/total war series or older hack n slash rpgs like sacred 1 and titan quest.

Get a mouse with macros like g602 g900 and program them to have all the keys you will need you will need some time to adapt but it isn't imposible
