Windows 10 to another pc

I have windows 10 64bit in on of my hp pc and I custom built a new pc, I don’t to waste money, so can I have two copies of windows in both the pc? If yes, how?

You either buy a new key or run windows unactivated. You can't use the OEM HP key on another build.

Windows follows a one license per PC for consumers.

You can have one of the system with Windows 10, but not activated (no product key entered)

 

OEM (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, etc) licenses are also not transferable. They are locked to the system they are first installed Also, the product key is stored in the system UEFI chip, so your other computer won't have it.
