The 280mm cooler, are your talking about a 280 rad in a custom loop for which your gpu will be part of , or just a AIO cpu cooler ?

 

650w should be fine for even a OC'ed single card system.

TBH AIO's are only really any good for small form factor builds where you cant fit a massive aircooler.

Top of the line aircoolers can cost less than most AIO's, they are usualy quieter, and perform on par with AIO's.

AIO's add in a point of failure aswell (the pump).

 

 

So, you can get a 280, or a 240 if you like, doesnt really matter much tbh. But i would sugest you get a top of the line aircooler instead.
