Difference between XL2420T and XL2420TX ?

Just a quick question. The only difference I can seem to find is that the 2420TX comes with 3D Glasses and emitter built in. Is the XL2420TX the same only you have to buy the 3d vision kit? So does it include lightboost and all that jazz?

the tx has the emitter built in, only difference, both are nvision 2.0 ready and have lightboost
