Im planning a upgrade

my budget is around 400-500$ for when i sell all my extra pc stuff i should have enough. I need a good gaming and light streaming recording and video cpu and mobo and ram

i am currently running a i5 4430 which bottlenecks my gpu on some titles like pubg which is cpu intensive i have a gtx 1060 6gb.

I agree with @Jurrunio, I'd see if you can find a decent deal on an older Xeon. Maybe even an older i7. You can usually find them in really nicely priced prebuilts, just swap it with your i5, sell the prebuilt and you should come out with a very minimum cost.

The options above are great, but how about an Ryzen 5 1600X or even a 1600? I am not familiar with the prices in the us/canada but where I live its a great value for the price!

Perhaps a Ryzen 1800X it is pretty powerful and awesome for multi core stuff

On a serious note. Ryzen 1800X and the Core i5 8600K would be my reccomendations for a new CPU these days. Both chips should work great for gaming and streaming.

I like zip-tying Intel stock coolers on graphics cards.

keep the gfx card, i run pubg with a 3gb version at about 75fps on ultra, thats paired with a asrock z270 pro 4 mobo (CHEAP) with 16gb hyperx 2133 and i5 7600k with OC....
