gtx 1060 6gb GTX 1060 6GB Bad Performance

PC Specs:

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

CPU: i7-4770 3.8GHz

RAM: 2x4GB DDR3

Driver version 416.16

My problem is that I'm only getting around 30-80% GPU usage no matter what game im playing. Because of the low gpu usage, my fps is suffering a lot. I have the newest graphics driver installed. How could I fix this, any suggestons?

May I suggest to reinstall the driver. But when you do go to the custom install and tick the box "Clean install". See if that works

and what motherboard?

also what percentage does the cpu run at and how much memory is used whilst gaming.
in what games do you experience.
What temperatures do you components run at?

What are you playing and at what settings. Any sort of context could help.

I experience it in every game I play, which are CS:GO, Fortnite, GTA V, NFS Payback, F1 2018, R6 Siege etc.

I have a Dell Inc. 0PC5F7 Motherboard and a Chieftec I-ARENA 550W PSU.

My CPU runs at around 67-75C, GPU 70-72C.

My memory usage is 6.7GB/7.9GB (86%)

The sketch PSU may be the problem; that unit is probably not actually 550w, get something along the lines of a CX550M or similar which ought to sort you out
