GTA V Singleplayer: Can't get any trainer to work

I can't get any trainer to open in GTA V. I have everything I need installed like Scripthook V and The ScriptHookNet community one as well plus the ASI loader. I can provide screenshots if need be. Any suggestions?

Redo everything.

You'll likely need to run any trainer as an admin (i.e., right click on it and select "Run as Administrator"). I recall this being a thing the last time I used a trainer.
