Asus rtx 4070 dual evo + ryzen 5 5600

Some games weren't using my gpu in the 90's (%) like dakar desert rally when i have alot going on on my secondary monitor, so now i have ryzen 5700x3d

Not super impressed about dakar desert rally + a ryzen 7 5700x3d

Fps all over the place fra 77% usage to mid 90's or just under 100 fps up 171 fps, yes i was excatly doing what i always do, having alot going on, on my secondary monitor

In my case my cpu is not using my gpu to it's potential, should i go for intel (not expensive and for shure nothing hot my thermalright peerlees assassin 120 can't handle to perfection)

Most of the times gpu usage is in the late 90's

it shoul have much hight gpu usage than im having atm

It's not about fps fluctuation but about gpu usage, a couple of days ago i 220 fps, normal usgage of my gpu, but not now

I'm wondering if the game servers affect FPS. Meaning if there is a lot of server traffic. Your FPS are going to change every moment of the day while gaming.

What other programs have you used for testing?

Just update your drivers, crank up the pretty stuff and enjoy the game. Not everthing will run the GPU at its full potential.

Frame rate wouldn't be affected by servers. All of it is done locally - however, network lag would be a factor, but that's totally different from the rendering rate of the system.

Yes that's what I mean by server traffic. Network lag.

You might get different results than other people. I think a few people online lie about their FPS. That's just my thoughts.

Are your settings identical to what is in the video? What are the specs for the rest of your build?

Update

Tried super sampling for fun to see if it wil make a diffrence, boom cpu usage was 99-100%

Disabled it and tried ultra setting in project cars 2 (stock is high), restarted, boom knock on wood gpu usage was 98-100 %

Not consistant fps but 200-210 to 275fps +/- up to 10-15 fps (short peaks up or down)

Not shure it wil continue to use my gpu to it's full potential

Your original test was using a different, possibly less optimized title. Project Cars 2 is likely better able to use the CPU.
