One of my LAN port is not working

My motherboard is Gigabyte AX370 Gaming 5 and it has two LAN ports. One of them which is the Intel one is not working now. It is still showing in the device manager and says that the device is working properly but the LED light is not blinking after connecting an ethernet cable to it. I have tried uninstalling the driver but it isn't helping. Anyone know how to fix this?

With my Asus board I had to go to Network Connections > Properties on the Adapter > Configure > Advanced > Then disable Ultra Low Power Mode.

 

That might work.
