Seems overpriced to me that CPU isn't all that hot...

Eh, I mean, it's OK hardware, but with the age of the H67 platform, I'd pay no more than $250 CAD for that, tops. Sure, there's a newer GPU and PSU in the bundle, but the chipset / platform is from 2011, so it's going on 7 years old now. Might make an OK secondary streaming PC, or a NAS PC if that's what you were looking for though.
