An SSD is a storage device, a GTX video card is a GPU, they are two different things.

An SSD will allow you to read and write files faster than a traditional HDD, where this helps is in games when you're loading a map, the map will load faster on an SSD.

You'll be looking at 1050Ti's for that budget.

R9 200 - 300 series GPU's, and GTX 900 series GPU's are your best bet on 200 bucks.

I've found 980's on Ebay for $100, which is equivalent to a 1060 6gb in performance

Hell I'm finding 1070's for under $200

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Gigabyte-GeForce-GTX-1070-8GB-GV-N1070G1-GAMING-8GD/253892119844?epid=11003304627&hash=item3b1d264d24:g:WC4AAOSwIphbSBer

If you can go used, go used. These ones note they were not used for mining which is good.

There's even a GTX  1080 mini for $200

With a 4790 you should be able to run anything up to GTX1080ti/RTX2080 and not supper performance degradation (bottlenecking), so no worries there.

I've got a 4790k with a GTX1070.

I had a 4690 (locked i5, BCLK OCd to 4Ghz) paired with a GTX970. I've played over 30 titles already,..Which was GREAT, until I was thread limited (4c4t) in BF1 seeing drops, and got the 4790K, stopping those drops.

Between a 970 and 1070 (at 1080p) is enough, GTX1070 at 1080p,....it "was" a 1440p GPU originally so....yeah.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

You have slightly lower frequencies but it's still good enough to pair with any graphics card.

If you want new, get something from amazon when the Cyber Monday deals roll out, which is gonna be November 23rd. To save even more money, buy a used graphics card from eBay.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
