A good silent case?

So I've found my upgrade for a new cpu and motherboard... now I need a new case cause the one I have now has terrible airflow!... I would love a case that's white to mix in well with my desk something silent or just very quiet and has good cable management for a non modular psu to hide the wires im on a budget of around $60-$80 (US Dollars) thanks!

Network Adapter:  TP-Link TL-WN781ND PCI-Express x1 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter

Case Fans:  Corsair Air Series AF140 Quiet Edition 67.8 CFM 140mm Fan (PLUS THE STOCK CASE FAN)

Monitor:  Asus VG248QE 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor

Keyboard:  Thermaltake CHALLENGER PRIME Wired Gaming Keyboard

Mouse:  MSI Interceptor DS B1 Wired Optical Mouse

Speakers: Logitech Z200 0W 2ch Speakers

The coolernaster Q300L might be nice. It's grey, bot necessarily white, but it looks nice. Also, not sure if you need ATX or not.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Define C?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

I can vouch for the Define C

 

Used it twice (Once in ATX form, another in mATX form) you can see my build log in the Purple Build in my signature. The ATX version used a GPU but  both systems were inaudiable while turned on
