My ASUS laptop is broken... I think???

So my laptop crashed and now keeps going into bios. I am on ASU’s bios version 306, if I look at storage it says “port: N/A” does this mean my storage is broken. Please help.

 

This is now SOLVED.

Most likely a dead drive.

Contact customer support. This looks like a good opportunity to take advantage of a warranty

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Okay probably the best idea the company I bough it from though “box.co.uk” doesn’t have anyway of having warranty

It seems like your hard drive is not being detected for some reason. Did this happen all of a sudden, or did something precede it?

Check whether the storage drive is plugged in properly.

My laptop crashed and then it restarted and went into bios and showed no drive

I literally just found it off rather than on sleep mode and turned it back on and it’s fixed its self, i’s been turned off for more than 9 or so hours now so there you go. how would I move this to solved?

@Jurrunio can you help me by adding this to solved I got it working just had to mess with the bios and I set something to non fast boot and then it started up fine.
