After this should it work for free?

yep, but with a water mark. Id get a ssd if you can, there much faster

Hi I am having problems downloading Windows 10 OS on my new gaming pc. I am transferring from a mac and do not own a windows based system. I formatted a USB to start Windows 10 but when ai start up my pc it goes to Windows setup I select English, US, and US and hit next. It asks for a product key, I do not have one so I hit No product key. This then brings up a Code of Conduct page, I hit accept. I select Windows 10 Home. Then once I hit next, it says searching for drivers and can not find any. I do not have a hard drive. At the moment all I have for storage is a flash drive. How do I get passed the no drivers part? Any help?

Windows will not install on a flash drive. You will need to get a HDD or SSD in order to proceed.

The only time Windows can be installed on a USB is through Windows to Go, but that's an entirely different thing.

You need to have a storage drive like a HDD or SSD in the computer..

Right...you could also do that. But performance will be terrible because you'll be running the entire colossal Windows 10 Operating System off a dinky little USB drive. Either way, OP should just get a proper internal drive.

Get a T5 for 540 MB/s, over twice as fast as a raptor HDD. Soon I hope to be playing with an X5, NVMe speeds on an external drive (requires thunderbolt port).

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Dear god why... why would you do that.

1 OS, 2 machines in different locations, no syncing required.
