F3a bios for gigabyte ga-p35 s3g motherboard

Please help me with the bios, i am unable to find the bios anywhere, and i need it to overclock my xeon e5450. Other updated bios does not support overclock on this board.

Doesn't exist anymore. Probably was a beta BIOS in 2008 or something. Why not go with the latest F5? Especially if your Xeon is an E0 stepping, you can't use a F3 revision.
