NAS with Open Media Vault - how to stop disk to go to sleep?

Hello, 

 

I am using OMV on Odroid HC2 which work great.

My main problem is that my hdd goes to sleep and it take quite some time to wake it up.

I looked in options but can't find anything.

 

Anyone know how to fix it?
