few questions first:

1. what's the CPU? only the graphics card is listed here.

2. Is there an SSD?

3.  How much does this cost? it's not good, but it could be a good value.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

Is this being sold as a very cheap (like 20ish USD or less) uesd PC? otherwise its basically a scam.

$20? that's a little low for 1tb, 430W PSU, and itx motherboard. If it's in a nice itx case that would also be pretty good. The windows 10 license is also worth something.

I paid 50$ for an i7 2600 system with a HD7700 and 1tb hard drive over a year ago. So this would be worth 20$ to me if I needed it.
