Replace that PSU. The VS series is low quality. Replace it with a Focus Plus, CM V-series or a TXM.

Hey. I am wondering if anyone can help me. I have upgraded my, Gpu, ssd and ram. I am wondering if anyone knows what i should upgrade next. Because when i play games like Pubg, Cs:Go and Fortnite it laggs at max settings. I play at 1440p 144hz.

PSU most important part, make sure you do NOT save money on that one. In the end it CAN be more expensive that way. 

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

A motherboard does not hinder the performance of a PC.

Not anymore, anyway. Back when there were many different chipset manufacturers, the board could make a big difference. On the AMD side, the war between VIA and Nvidia was quite heated. On the Intel side, VIA vs. Intel chipset wise, wasn't as interesting. Nvidia wasn't around on Intel until much later.
