I mean I have a standard 30 euro coffee maker from Phillips, been doing it's job for 3+ years now. (Just regular ground coffee mind you)

You don't need a fancy thing, unless you want one with a bean grinder I suppose, those are a little more expensive.

Aaaand my huge mug is empty of coffee sitting before me now....

If you want a fancy one just look up reviews and google, research it well.

This doesn't answer your question, but a french press is cheap and works well. Less things to break down.

Keuriggs are fine if use reusable cups that you put your own coffee grinds in.

Oh, idk tbh, never used them, just remembered they did/do causeconsiderable pollution(normal ones that is) but I am sure there is a more environmentally friendly option now like you said,

If you don't want to use a French Press because you have to heat up water on the stove or microwave and need an all in one solution, get a basic coffee maker like this https://www.amazon.com/Mr-Coffee-12-Cup-Switch-Maker/dp/B001KBY9I2/

They also have a programmable one if you wish for such a feature.

Also, to save some money, get a reusable filter and just clean it when you need to https://www.amazon.com/Mr-Coffee-Basket-Style-Permanent-Filter/dp/B0000CFQJS/

If you ever visit someone's home in ex Yugoslavian countries, chances are really high that host will make coffee that way. Also for that way of brewing you need super fine grind.
