When I test right now in Speedtest, I get 30Mbps down and 30Mbps up. I know this is really good for streaming but if I want to be a streamer. Can I go with a higher quality ISP and get 150 down and 5 up, to satisfy my streamer needs or should I stick with 30/30 for the same price

If you want to be a streamer then more upload is what you need, not download. So I would stick with the 30/30 for that.

It’s either 30 or 5 so no point of counter arguing

Yah, 30 is going to be better than 5 for streaming and it will allow you headroom to do other stuff as well if needed.

The downloads will be slower but if you don't have a lot of heavy users in your home then you should be okay.

I want to get the 150 though so is the 5 Mbps good for 720p 60fps output because right now I have frontier (non fios) and it in reality gets like 2Mbps download

For 720p 60 FPS they recommend at least 7.5Mbps with 5Mbps being good for 30FPS

Do you know of any internet plans around 30Mbps upload and had good Download around $35 a month?

That's a very generic question seeing as there are people on this forum from all over the world and ISP availability can vary from house to house.

Not sure where you live. In most areas around the world you have very few options. Where I live we have 1. Thats right 1 ISP, Comcast. Max speed of 1 Gbps down and 35 Mbps up on coax. If you can afford their fiber service its 2 Gbps down 2 Gbps up. Though it costs your fist  born, an Arm, a Leg and a kidney.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

To be fair that seems a fair price for what you are getting. :P
